Projects are so much more fun to work on when you're really passionate about the subject. For me, this one was a double whammy on my loves of both typography and language, and I had a great time putting together this video that cleverly teaches lessons on some major spelling and grammar mistakes I'm tired of people making. Thanks to Sean Diaz for the voiceover!
This was such a fun project to tackle! For class, we were asked to make infographic videos, so I chose a SCAD overview as something I’m already very familiar with (I give these facts on a daily basis during campus tours). My goal this time was to establish a distinct style and then really focus in on little animation details that would make it pop. I wanted to improve my motion skills as much as possible while making sure to stick within the design guidelines of this specific video, and I’m very proud of how it came out. Take a look!
IT’S….. time to keep your eyes out for a new project that I’ve been working on for the past two weeks! Here are the first few frames of the teaser video that I created for Pegasus Technologies to introduce their new social media app. It should be released some time in the next month so I can’t say much more until then, but I’m really excited about how it turned out! I’ll post the link to the video once it’s public. For now, here’s one more little sneak peak:
I am honored to have the opportunity to announce this exciting news for my brother and sister-in-law. Happy Valentine’s Day and congratulations to the happy couple!
IT’S DONE!! I just finished my first Motion Media project since officially deciding to switch my major. Check it out by clicking the link above!
For those who are unfamiliar with Wawa, it’s like a combination of [Parker’s, for those living in Savannah, or any other convenience store around the US], Starbucks, and Subway… but better. They’re based in the northeast and their headquarters is right near my hometown so I am a huge fan of Wawa stores and their products. They sell everything from hoagies to stuffed soft pretzels to cannoli dip&chips to apple slices without the skin, and they’re open 24/7 so you can buy this stuff whenever you want. (I’ll be honest, I stopped for a dirt pudding cup at 1am when I flew home this weekend.) So, Wawa is a brand that is very close to my heart, and I decided to create this little appreciation video as a promo for their beverages which are great at any time of day.
